Summary:

We are looking for a Focal Point who is responsible of planning, coordination, management and implementation of the program and acting daily follow-up of activities of the activities of the program.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensuring effective planning, coordination, management and implementation of the program.
• Coordinating with center supervisor to set a quarterly or monthly plan to implement the appropriate program activities.
• Ensuring the implementation of all program activities by full coordination and the participation of the concerned target group in all stages of implementation.
• Ensuring that all activities requirements are provided.
• Ensuring the completion of the collecting the required data from the beneficiaries in each activity.
• Acting daily follow-up of the activities of the program both inside and outside the center.
• Securing the basic requirements that ensure the proper functioning of the work.
• Carrying out needs assessments in different communities when needed.
• Submitting the required reports on time as required.
• Providing support with the MEAL department of regular monitoring on activities.
• All other volunteering tasks might be required to improve the working process.

Professional Qualification and Experience:

Essentials:

• Bachelor’s degree is minimum required.
• Good Knowledge in theater matters.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
• Good command of the English language.

Desirable:

• Previous experience with non-profit organizations would be a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and to respect deadlines.
• Time Management skills.
• Commitment to the vision, mission, values, principles, and aims of GOPA-DERD.
• Flexibility and ability to easily adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced work environment.
